1 pkt corn bread stuffing mix - (8 oz)
1 cup water
1/3 cup butter melted
1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1 can whole kernel corn - (8 3/4 oz) drained

Instructions: * Note: Make sure to get thick turkey slices; that way, there should be about 6 slices to the pound.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Coat a 9- by 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, combine the stuffing mix, water, butter, cranberries, and corn; mix well. Place 1/4 cup of the stuffing mixture at the smaller end of each turkey slice and roll up crepe-style.

Place in the baking dish seam-side down, forming 2 rows of 6 rolls. Spoon the gravy over the turkey rolls, then cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until heated through.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
