8 oz pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
4 cup cut-up cooked turkey
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
4 cup turkey (or chicken) stock
6 x eggs, beaten
2 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix stuffing according to directions on package. Pat into 13 x 9 pan. Top with turkey. Make sauce by melting butter, then stir in flour, salt and stock. Pour this into the eggs, mix, then pour over the turkey. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut into squares to serve, and serve with mushroom sauce made by mixing the mushroom soup, milk, and sour cream. If desired, you can add about 1/4 c chopped pimento to the mushroom sauce.
