125 gm Redcurrant jelly, (4oz)
1 tbl Juniper berries, crushed
1 x Clove garlic, crushed
Grated zest of 1 lime
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 x Boneless, skinless turkey steaks
----------------- TO SERVE ----------------
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Mix together the redcurrant jelly, juniper berries, garlic, lime zest and seasoning.

2. Brush the turkey steaks with the glaze and cook under a preheated moderate grill following pack instructions.

3. Place on a warmed serving plate and garnish with the watercress and lime wedges.

NOTES : A quick and easy to make succulent barbecue dish, or alternatively grill for a supper.
