Instructions: Toss 2 C mixed greens with 1/2 C each alfalfa sprouts and chopped tomatoes,
cucumber and mushrooms, 2 oz diced cooked turkey, marinated in 1/4 C salsa,
1 t cumin and 1/4 t low fat sour cream and 1 t each chopped black olives and grated low fat Cheddar.
