Ingredients:

3 cup diced turkey meat light or dark or a mix
1 can cream-style corn (17 oz.)
1 can chili with no beans (10 1/2 oz.)
2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
8 sm corn tortillas (6")
1 cup chicken broth or water
1/2 cup black olives chopped
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Dairy sour cream (optional)
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix turkey, cream corn, chili, oregano and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

Stack tortillas and cut into 6 wedges. Place wedges in a medium mixing bowl. Add water. Let stand 1 minute only; drain.

In a 2-quart rectangular baking dish, spread 1 cup of mix on bottom; place a layer of tortilla wedges on top and repeat with remaining ingredients.

Bake uncovered in 350-degree oven 20 minutes.

Top with cheese, onion and olives. Bake 3 minutes. Let stand 3-4 minutes. Top with sour cream and serve.

Serves 6-8.

Side dish of tortilla chips goes great.
