Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Sauta the vegetables in a small amount of olive oil or use a non-stick pan. 3. In a large bowl, mix in the ground turkey, bread crumbs, sautaed veggies, egg whites and barbecue sauce. 4.
