1/2 cup reduced-fat or regular mayonnaise
2 tbl white wine vinegar
1 tbl sugar
1 tsp dried tarragon
1/2 tsp dried thyme
4 cup bite-size pieces skinned cooked turkey
1 cup thinly-sliced celery
1/2 cup seedless grapes (red or green) rinsed
1 x crisp tart apple - (1/2 lb) rinsed
(such as Fuji or Granny Smith)
Salt to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
8 x butter lettuce leaves - (at least 5" wide) rinsed, crisped
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, tarragon, and thyme. Add turkey and celery. Cut grapes in half. Core apple and cut into 1/2-inch chunks. Add grapes and apple to bowl. Mix gently to coat with dressing, adding salt and pepper to taste.

Lay lettuce on plates and mound salad equally onto leaves. Sprinkle with chopped almonds.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
