Instructions: To make vinaigrette, combine cranberry sauce, shallots, vinegar and juice in food processor or a blender, and process until smooth. Slowly drizzle in oil, with motor running, until the oil is completely incorporated.
To make salad, peel grapefruit with a sharp knife, removing all pith. Cut grapefruit segment away from surrounding membranes. Combine greens and turkey in a large salad bowl. Add vinaigrette, and toss. Arrange grapefruit sections over tossed salad and sprinkle with walnuts and dried cran- berries. Serve immediately. Serves 4 to 6 Email this Recipe:
