Instructions: In medium non-stick skillet, saute mushrooms. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl whisk soup (or soup and milk), thyme, basil, white pepper and sherry. Stir in turkey, ham, peppers, olives, mushrooms and pasta. Coat a 2 qt. baking dish with non-stick spray. Pour in tetrazzini. Top with Parmesan. Bake at 350F until hot and bubbly, 25-30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings. reducing the amount of Parmesan cheese from 1 cup to 2Tbs. - reducing the amount of olives from 1 cup to 2 Tbs.
