Instructions: Heat oil in a Dutch oven on medium. Cook onion and garlic 3 minutes or until softened. Add 3 cups water, broth, kasha, chiles, chili powder and cumin. Bring to boil; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until kasha is tender. Stir in cooked turkey and beans; cook 5 minutes until heated through. Season to taste with several dashes of hot sauce. Serve with sour cream and cheese.
