2 cup chopped cooked turkey
1 jar roasted sweet red pepper - (7 oz) drained, sliced
1 can chopped green chilies - (4 1/2 oz) undrained
1 can cream of chicken soup - (10 3/4 oz) undiluted
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp chili powder
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine first 7 ingredients. Spoon into a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish; set aside.

Prepare cornbread twists according to package directions, but do not bake. Place over turkey mixture. Cover and loosely with aluminum foil.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 additional minutes or until cornbread is golden.

This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
