Instructions: Spray a large saucepan or small Dutch oven with the nonstick cooking spray. Add the onion, green pepper, red pepper and garlic and cook over medium heat until tender, about 5 minutes. Add the turkey, water, chicken broth, wild rice, green chile pepper, chili powder and cumin. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat. Cover and simmer 30-45 minutes or until the wild rice is tender. Stir in the corn and beans and heat through.
