Instructions: Preheat the oven to 180 C, 350 F, Gas Mark 4.
Heat the oil in a saucepan and stir-fry the turkey until it is sealed on all sides. Transfer to an ovenproof dish and pour over the jar of sauce. Bake in the oven for 1 hour. 15 minutes before the end of cooking add the pepper strips. Notes Rice or noodles can be served with this dish.
