Instructions: Toss the turkey strips in the cornflour and try them in oil stirring occasionally over moderately high heat for 3 minutes.
Remove the meat and toss it on kitchen paper. To make the sauce stir the water on to the cornflour to make a smooth paste and stir in all the remaining sauce ingredients. Bring the sauce to the boil stirring. Simmer for 1 minute still stirring then add the turkey. Simmer for 5 minutes over low heat. Fry the mushrooms in the butter for 2 minutes over moderate heat then stir them into the sauce. Serve hot with rice. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
