Instructions: Cutlets; set aside. In large nonstick skillet melt butter over medium heat.
Add shallots and garlic; cook stirring occasionally, until golden brown, 5-6 minutes. Increase heat to medium-high. Add turkey; slowly add 1/4 cup broth and 3 tablespoons wine. Cook turkey about 5 minutes per side. Add asparagus, mushrooms and remaining broth and wine. Cover; cook until asparagus is tender and turkey is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
