1 tbl Cooking oil
1 lb Turkey breast - cut into strips, (450g)
3 tbl Gin
1/2 tsp Schwartz Juniper Berries - crushed lightly
1 tsp Lemon juice
1/4 pt Single cream, (150ml)
Salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the turkey strips for 5 minutes to brown. Add the gin and Juniper Berries and simmer for a further 5 minutes.

Add the stock and lemon juice, and finally the cream. Simmer for 1-2 minutes to thicken. Season with salt and Pepper and serve.
