25 gm Butter, (1 oz)
450 gm Potatoes, (cooked and mashed) (1lb)
1 bn Spring onions
Instructions:
Instructions: In a pan heat the butter and the spring onions and fry for 3-4 minutes. Add the turmeric and fry for a further 30 seconds. Heat the potato and combine with the onions and turmeric. Serve at once.
