Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1 x	Egg, well-beaten
3 tbl	Cream
1 tsp	Vanilla
1/4 tsp	Salt
1 lb	Confectioners sugar
4 sqr	melted chocolate
1 tbl	Butter

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix egg, cream, vanilla, salt and sugar. Melt chocolate and butter together and add to mix. Stir in nuts.

Spead in buttered 8x8" pan. Cool (NOT in refrigerator). Cut into squares.

Makes 1 1/3 pounds fudge.
