Instructions: Bring to boil the sugars, evaporated milk and butter, boil for 15 minutes at medium heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and add the marshmallow creme, vanilla, walnuts, butterscotch and chocolate chips.

Blend till dissolved. Pour in 9x9-inch pan, chill till firm.
