Instructions: TOPPING 1: Mash avocado in a small bowl. Add remaining ingredients, and stir until mixed. Serve spread on matzo bread, or use as a dip for the bread.
TOPPING 2: Preheat broiler. Break matzo bread into large pieces. Set aside. Mix tuna, mayonnaise and paprika together. Spread tuna over matzo pieces. Layer each piece with cucumber and tomato slices. Broil 3 minutes, serve hot. Serves 2. Email this Recipe:
