Instructions: All this is is drained nonfat yogurt..make sure the yogurt is not full of additives, just check the label. Line stainer with doubled cheesecloth, a coffee filter or double thickness of paper towels, set over bowl and pour in 1 - 8 oz container of nonfat yogurt.
Refrigerate at least 8 hr or overnight. discard liquid.. 1 8 oz container will yield 3/4 cup yogurt cheese. You can also purchase yogurt strainers at a very reasonable price, worth the cost if you use it frequently and neater too. Email this Recipe:
