Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 10-inch Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.

In a blender, puree the pie filling until smooth. Pour into a large bowl and add the cake mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for about 2 minutes. Stir in the walnuts.

Pour batter into the Bundt pan and bake for 50 to 55 minutes, until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool slightly, then remove from the pan and continue cooling on a wire rack.

This recipe yields 10 servings.
