Instructions: Reading Barbs recipe prompted me to share my familys favorite way of eating those cucumbers that keep coming in the garden before they get too big. It is so very simple yet delicious.
Mix sugar and vinegar and pour over cucumber (and onion, if using) and toss well. If it sits for a while toss again just before serving. Everything turns an ugly brown but it tastes delicious. Email this Recipe:
