Recipe for Ukrainian Honey-Lemon Tea

Ingredients:

8 tbl	Orange Indian tea leaves
6 tbl	Lemon juice freshly squeezed
2 tbl	Lemon peel freshly grated

Instructions:

Instructions: Place tea leaves and lemon peel into a cheesecloth bag and tie closed.

Bring 2 1/4 quarts of water to a boil, add the bag, the lemon juice, & the honey. Boil for 5 minutes, turn off heat, & allow to steep for 10 minutes.
