Instructions: Saute onions in oil until; clear but not brown. Add beef, garlic and mushrooms and saute until beef is no longer pink. Put meat mixture in large pan and add the rest of the ingredients. Barely simmer for 3 hours. Bills comments: I devised this recipe, over the years, for spaghetti sauce. It may seem to have an inordinate amount of onions but they
