1/2 lb Pork ground
2 tbl Salt
1 tbl Freshly-ground black pepper
2 tsp Fennel seed
1 tsp Ground coriander
1 tsp Anise seed
1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix the ingredients well in a medium-sized bowl. Stuff the mixture into sausage casings or form it into patties. Cook in a skillet over medium heat. Enjoy it with breakfast or as a dinner appetizer. Hors doeuvres dipping sauce suggestions include honey mustard, horseradish dip or plain old ketchup.
