Instructions: For a 4-5 quart freezer.
Mix in a large sauce pan: In a double boiler bring to a boil, stirring constantly. When it starts to thicken remove from heat. Immediately add 2 cups cold milk, 1/2 teaspoon almond extract, 2-4 tablespoons vanilla. Pour into freezer can and finish filling to fill line with milk(or half-and-half!).
