1/2 cup	water
3 tbl	honey
2 tbl	olive oil
3 tsp	caraway seeds
1/2 cup	cornmeal
1/2 cup	dark rye flour
2 cup	unbleached bread flour
2 tbl	vital gluten (optional)
2 tsp	active dry yeast

Instructions:

Instructions: Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the machines manufacturer. Set for French Bread cycle, or Normal setting.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Yield: 1 loaf
