6 x Lemons
12 x Green chiles
5 x cm. ginger, peeled & chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut lemons into 2 cm. pieces. Chop chillies fine. Mix together lemons, ginger, chilies and salt well in a pickle jar. Allow to stand for about 3 days and then use. Refrigerate.
