Instructions: Melt butter in heavy 10-inch skillet or baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Arrange drained cooked peach slices over sugar.
Cake Batter: Beat eggs until thick (5 minutes). Gradually beat in sugar. Beat in at once peach juice, and vanilla. Sift together and beat in all at once: flour, baking powder and salt. Pour the batter over fruit and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Invert on plate or cookie sheet. Serve warm with milk. Email this Recipe:
