Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 kg Potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 tsp Turmeric
2 tsp Sambar powder
Juice of 1 lemon
2 sprg curry leaves, chopped
Salt, to taste
----------------- For Seasoning ----------------
2 tsp Black mustard seeds
4 tsp Black gram dal
2 x Red chiles, broken
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat oil and add mustard seeds, black gram dal and red chilies. When brown, add turmeric and curry leaves. Fry for a minute and add mashed potatoes, salt and sambar powder. Cook on a low fire till dry. Add lemon juice and mix well. Serve hot.
