1/2 head lettuce
3 cup cooked chicken shredded
1 stalk celery
2 stalk green onions including tops
1 tsp poppy seeds
2 whl oranges seeded and chopped
2 tbl slivered almonds
1/2 cup oriental noodles
Instructions:
Instructions: Break lettuce into bite size pieces, add rest of ingredients tossing well,serve cold.
