	If you plan to give away this wonderful brandy, include a note stating that
	its a delight to have in the pantry, to pour over Christmas cakes and hot
	puddings, and that a few drops of it in espresso coffee drinks is divine.
2 x	fresh vanilla beans

Instructions:

Instructions: Place the vanilla beans in a bottle of brandy. Seal the bottle, label it and allow it to infuse for at least 6 weeks. As the vanilla-flavored brandy is used up, keep topping it with more brandy (although at some point, the flavoring effects of the vanilla will reach a point of no return).
