Instructions: Crumble the pudding between your fingers into a shallow pan.
Set the pan over a low heat then add the butter and sugar. Mix in the orange juice and the brandy with a wooden spoon and bring to a fierce bubble. Turn down the heat and simmer gently while you place a ball or two of ice cream in four individual bowls. Spoon over the christmas pudding sauce and serve immediately. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
