Instructions: Mix pudding mixture with cream and beat for a couple of minutes with hand beater or spoon.

Take 2 sheets puff pastry and cook in moderate oven for about 10 mins or until golden brown. Cool them down.

Spoon pudding mix onto one sheet of pastry then put other sheet on top.

Sprinkle with icing sugar. This makes one big vanilla slice.
