Instructions: Saute garlic and mushrooms in oil for a few minutes. Dredge veal in flour, shaking off excess. Brown veal in pan, adding a little more oil if necessary. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly. Garnish with parsley.
