1 sm Clove of garlic, minced
1/2 cup Mushrooms, sliced
2 tbl Olive oil
6 x Medallions of veal, pounded lightly
Flour
2 tbl Cognac
1/2 cup Heavy cream
1/2 cup Veal or chicken stock
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute garlic and mushrooms in oil for a few minutes. Dredge veal in flour, shaking off excess. Brown veal in pan, adding a little more oil if necessary. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly. Garnish with parsley.

Serves 6.
