6 x veal chops
2 x eggs slightly beaten
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3/4 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 tsp basil
1 dsh Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 tbl butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Dip chops into eggs which have been mixed with salt & pepper. Dip into bread crumbs. Heat oil to sizzling,brown chops in oil. Place in large greased casserole. Cook tomato sauce with basil, Worcestershire sauce & garlic powder until thickened. Add butter. Stir until melted. Pour over chops & sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover & bake in 350 oven 25-30 minutes. Remove cover & place mozzarella over chops. Return to oven & bake until cheese is melted & slightly browned.
