1/2 lb ground veal
1 pkt frozen creamed spinach - (9 oz) thawed
2 x eggs beaten
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, mix well. Form into a loaf on a large rimmed baking sheet.

Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until the meat is cooked through and no pink remains.

This recipe yields 6 servings.

Comments: You can substitute ground beef, pork, or lamb for the veal, but veal makes it seem fancy.
