Instructions: Dredge veal in flour and salt and pepper to taste. Melt the 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine in skillet; brown garlic. Then add the veal, browning quickly. Remove the veal to a shallow baking dish. Add the other 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine to the pan and saute the mushrooms. Add the cooking wine and bring to a boil. Simmer approximately for 2 minutes to blend flavors. Pour over the veal. Cover and bake for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
