Instructions: In a skillet, saute onion and garlic in 4 Tbsp. butter until onion in tender or translucent.
Add veal and saute for 2 - 3 minutes per side. Season if you wish. Add cream; simmer covered, for 10 minutes. In a separate pan, saute mushrooms in remaining butter for 2 - 3 minutes. Add brandy and combine with veal. Serve with noodles or rice. Email this Recipe:
