Instructions: Spray an unheated large skillet with nonstick coating. Preheat over medium-high heat. Cook meat half at a time, for 4 to 5 minutes or until no pink remains, turning once. Transfer to a serving platter. Keep warm.
Add sliced apple and garlic to skillet. Stir in Marsala and chicken broth. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Boil gently, uncovered, for 4 to 5 minutes or until mixture is reduced by half. Spoon over meat. Sprinkle with parsley. Yields 4 servings. Email this Recipe:
