2 can	Veg-all (drained)
1 cup	Chopped celery
1/2 cup	Sliced water chestnuts
1/2 cup	Chopped onion
1/2 cup	Grated cheddar cheese

Instructions:

Instructions: Place in buttered casserole. Cut up one stick oleo and place on top.

Crumble Ritz crackers on top. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
