1/2 lb extra lean ground beef
2 cup ready-to-serve beef broth
2 cup stewed tomatoes cutup undrained
9 oz Green Giant Frozen Mixed Vegetables (1 pkg.)
8 oz tomato sauce (1 can)
Instructions:
Instructions: In large saucepan, brown ground beef; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables and barley are tender stirring occasionally.

Makes 4 (1-1/2) cups servings
