1 lb beef soup bones
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) tomatoes
2 x carrots sliced
2 stalk celery sliced
1 med onion diced
2 med potatoes diced
3 cup water
1/2 tsp coarse black pepper
3 x beef bouillon cubes
Instructions:
Instructions: Place all ingredients except frozen mixed vegetables in Crock-Pot. Cover; cook on Low 8 to 12 hours, or on High for 4 to 6 hours. During the last 2 hours of cooking, add frozen mixed vegetables.
