Ingredients:

1/2 cup Couscous, uncooked
2 cup Boiling Water
1/4 tsp Salt
1 can (8 Oz) Garbanzo Beans, rinsed and drained
1 med Tomato, chopped and seeded
1/2 cup Pesto Sauce
3 tbl Lemon Juice
1/8 tsp Pepper
2 x Green Onion, thinly sliced
1 can (15 Oz) Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained
Instructions:
Instructions: Place couscous in medium bowl. Add boiling water and salt; stir well. Cover and let stand 5-7 minutes or until water is absorbed. Stir in remaining ingredients except broccoli. Serve over broccoli.
