Instructions: Cook vegetables in 2 cups salted boiling water 3 mins. Drain, reserving 1 cup cooking water. Heat butter in saucepan & cook onion gently. Remove pan from heat & stir in flour, blend in reserved cooking liquid & milk. Return pan to heat & stir until mixture boils & thickens. Fold in cheese, cooked vegetables, eggs, salt & pepper.
