1/2 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 cup cooked wild rice
2 cup cooked lentils
1/2 cup cooked millet
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, ground
1/2 cup cashew butter
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 tsp celery seeds
3 x garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper, green and red
4 tbl minced parsley
3 tbl low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup almonds, finely ground
1 tsp dried sage
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Transfer to a food processor and pulse briefly to form a meal-like consistency. Form into 12 patties. Grill on a well-oiled vegetable grill. Saute for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until brown. Serve with coulis.
