Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 tbl Vegetable oil
1 x Onion, thinly sliced
2 tsp All purpose flour
1 tbl Paprika
1 can (15 oz.) tomatoes
Water
3 cup Cauliflowerets
2 x Carrots, coarsely chopped
1/2 x Green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
2 med Zucchini, cut in thick diagonal slices
2 cup Pasta shells
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. In a saucepan, heat oil.

2. Add onion, cook until soft

3. Stir in flour and paprika

4. Cook, stirring, 1 minute.

5. Add tomatoes with juice and water. Bring to a boil.

6. Stir in cauliflowerets, carrots, bell pepper, zucchini and pasta.

7. Season with salt and pepper. Cover pan and simmer for 40 minutes or until pasta is tender.

8. Gently stir yogurt into vegetable mixture.
