6 x egg roll wrappers
1 cup cabbage sliced
1 cup broccoli chopped
1/2 cup onion sliced
1 cup carrots sliced
2 x egg whites slightly beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup cheddar cheese, nonfat
seasoned salt to taste
Molly McButter to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 . Precook vegetables in a small amount of water; season with black pepper, salt, and Molly McButter. Cook in microwave or on range top. Cook under tender. Drain and cool vegetables. Dip one side of egg roll wrapper in egg white. Dipped side is outside of pocket. Place approximately 1/2 cup of vegetables in center of egg roll wrapper, sprinkle about 2 T. cheese on top of vegetables, and fold wrapper to make a triangle. Seal with egg white. Repeat for remaining vegetables and wrappers. Place on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 375 for 14 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
