1 gal prepared cheese sauce
1 tbl Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce
3 lb onions diced, cooked
3 lb carrots sliced, cooked
3 lb green peas cooked
6 lb green beans cut, cooked
9 lb cauliflower cooked
1 tbl grated Swiss cheese per serving
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine cheese sauce, Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce, onions, carrots, peas, green beans, cauliflower.

Place 8 ounces of vegetable mixture in individual casserole. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese and bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, or until sauce is bubbly and crumbs are lightly browned.

This recipe yields 50 (8-oz) servings.
